Kent doesn’t have a Treaty of Union, devolution settlement , a Parliament, a Government , isn’t a member of the Joint Ministerial Committee (which Damien Green used to chair) , isn’t in the British / Irish Council , doesn’t have a “national’ gallery , orchestra (and so on..)

Ok I do believe the Taoiseach just made it clear Scotland would be welcome in the EU and that small countries don’t get swallowed up in it.....

The EU27 are not stupid or fickle Any shifts by them are formal not substantial Their ultimate objectives untouched by Johnson's capitulation UK to be just as much Rees-Mogg's (supposed) "vassal state" as before This is May's deal, but with DUP under a bus 4.

Has a country in modern era ever been as shabbily treated as Scotland has been in this Brexit fiasco? ✓NI - voted remain. Gets concessions. ✓Eng &Wales - voted leave, they leave. ✓Scot - voted to remain but have to leave. Scotland disenfranchised.

Who could possibly have predicted that the English Nationalist Tory leadership would throw the Northern Irish Unionists under the Brexit bus. 🙋‍♂️ They'll do similar to Scottish unionists in due time. (arguably they already have)

Wonder what Ross makes of the plan to have a border down the Irish Sea now that it's his best pal Boris Johnson suggesting it?

If Parliament votes for Boris Johnson's deal, it will mean giving up the best deal of any EU member state, in return for a third rate trade agreement that screws jobs, workers, and the NHS.

No, Juncker cannot rule out an extension. No, voting against this appalling deal does not mean you are actively supporting “no deal” Yes, the Benn Act still applies Yes, the EU27 will grant an extension if the HoC rejects the deal or seeks more time for considered appraisal.

BBC Breakfast reported 'Riots in Barcelona' - protestors 'clashing' with police. Dozens of more reliable media sources showed peaceful protestors being attacked by police in full riot gear. , proving yet again it is no longer a credible news org.

Scotgov must axe red tape facing communities trying to build affordable homes. Why? This short film by Staffin Community Trust in N Skye is eloquent. If SCT can't raise £0.3m by 2021, the £0.5m they've gathered over 5 difficult years will be timed out.
