After you've returned it, please provide the poslaju tracking number (full picture of the consignment note) & full picture of the receipt of the shipping fee. We will proceed with refund once we've received the returned parcel at our warehouse.

They should provide you a new consignment note. You don't have to fill in the account number. Please pay for the shipping fee first.
