Iraqi government are shooting on demonstrators in the streets right now. Heartbreaking to see youth are shot at just for demanding basic Rights. International community needs to speak up for God Sake.

I beg 2 disagree. Your views assumes certain countries are doomed to certain destiny because of culture & thus justifying lack of support 2 strong democratic revolution such as one taking place in Iraq now. There would be no Progress or change in the world, if all agrees with u.

He was killed. His colleagues were carrying him. His phone was ringing. One of the guys says "don't answer the call, it's his mother." It's the call of death.

When we anchor ourself in gratitude for each breath we take, each step we walk, each bite we eat, life becomes one big giant beautiful thanksgiving. May today and every day be a day of kindness towards yourself and others around you. Happy thanksgiving to all.

No one is immune from banishment when they abused their power and oppressed the powerless - not even royalty. This is the era of the people.

I am deeply touched by the courage of the youth. Standing with the revolution. And VERY frustrated at the silence of the international community.

Iraqi civilians are being shot at and killed for standing in unity against sectarian and religious divide. they are met with silence from the world. Frustrating to see only stories of fear that fulfills stereotypes of Iraqis & Muslims get attention. And stories of hope ignored.

The revolution taking place in Iraq now is more critical in it’s impact than the killing of ISIS leader. Yet all media focus is on the man who horrified the world & no mention of sunnis, Shias, Christians, Muslims, women & men standing in unity in Iraq.

The stories of sectarian fights coming out of Iraq was covered by US & intl media day & night for years. Now that Iraqis showing different story of unity beyond sects or religion or gender in today’s revolution it’s met with silence? Why only talk of evil but never of good?
