. is a total and complete joke. They just told me that I keep changing my address to a virtual office address. This is not a virtual office in any way shape or form as anyone, including can attest to.

I do know that a competitor continues to report my address to Google as a virtual office, even though I've provided evidence that it is indeed not a virtual office via a video. That competitor then gloats in anonymous emails sent via contact forms on my website.

Negative Local SEO appears to be effective then, no matter what you do Google will believe those reports. That is scary.

A virtual office costs: $7.98 - $19.98 per month. I pay $2,568 per month If I'm in a virtual office, I'm getting super ripped off.

What's worse is my property management company DOESN'T OFFER VIRTUAL OFFICES ON ANY PROPERTY THEY OWN / MANAGE I am absolute mad as hell at Google My Business for this. I will file a lawsuit to force an injunction against this inaccurate portrayal of my business.

cc FYI, negative Local SEO appears to work very well. GMB has determined my big, expensive, real, physical office is a virtual office address.
