Well they’re going to be sick by themselves in their flats. Given the national shutdown they’re not going outside for another week unless it’s to the hospital essentially. You might not buy the stats - look outside and well it’s pretty empty (need people around for it spread)

I don't know, man.........there are several cities outside Wuhan that are not doing great. I am very worried about Wenzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Shanghai. Also, believing these numbers, with the concern of underreporting, is a leap of faith.

Obv we can't know for sure, but I think most local/provincial govts outside of Hubei are largely incentivized to find cases and report them now that this has become a huge national priority. So this might be a meaningful trend

It would be interesting to break the non-Hubei numbers down further. It seems that new cases in some provinces close to Hubei might still be increasing. Whereas new cases in some others are quite low. Thanks!
