You can email support@cloudflare from the address on your account, but this may need to be resolved by Siteground. Cloudflare doesn’t block you from attempting to add a domain that is on another account. It just won’t allow it to complete without changing nameservers.

Not sure I follow. Are you not receiving responses on a support ticket? There shouldn’t be an email sent as part of the 2FA login. It uses an OTP
