Hey, yes we know the latest Safari + OS combo is causing issues for some & we're working to fix. Other browsers should be good. Can you tell me the 'CX' reference number our team emailed you so I can find and get someone in contact? Thanks. ^OG

Hello, yes a few have reported that the new Safari + OS combo is causing a few issues & we're digging into it. Another customer reported clearing cookies & cache helped. If you email support@xero.com they'll send out an update when returned to normal. Thanks. ^OG

Thanks for the ref number, I'll get someone onto this now. The email at midnight will've come from someone in one of our other office - our support is 24/7 around the globe. I can see one of my colleagues emailed you to arrange a time to call you. I'll chase. ^OG
