I had to look up "latency mode" right quick, lol. These next gen systems are appealing more to streamers, because half the stuff on the list is nice but not mandatory if you're just playing at home. But i guess everyone wants to be a streamer nowadays.

Not really, most of the stuff there looks pretty useful. Lower input lag and higher frame rates are good, but just not as noticeable to the average user.
