UPDATE: On those reparations, the court decided the government is not responsible for paying the money, so it’s unlikely the victims will receive a penny from the poor accused/convicted men.

Such a shame! The government clearly failed to take reasonable measures to protect the little girls, it certainly owes them reparations.

A legal expert source says: It’s not about the lack of money of the men. the government should be held financially responsible because they failed to fulfil their legal obligation to protect their citizens.

Already did. I tweet about it constantly. I’ve already sent $17,000 to help the girls. You can donate here:

The proposed amount doesn’t do it justice, much less the price drop. For clear cases, castration and death penalty should be chosen over life sentences. The citizens pay the criminal for lifetime food, clothing, shelter? Fuck that and give the money to support survivors instead.

I understand saying you are going great work doesn't make much of a difference without doing something myself & donating. Earlier this year I donated $300. I don't make much and it was what I had. My heart aches do much and I am just so thankful the world has people like you.

I wish I had much more to give. It saddens and angers me that people who actually have money aren't giving more.
