Clients today have exceeded their bank overdraft and being charged £16 per day which they feel is unfair. Both working but pay childcare. Advised not eligible for Crisis loan assistance but qualify for tax free childcare and tax credits. This is how we help.

Client moving to one bed flat in 2 wks time. Client on ESA, no savings. Local Council giving bond deposit. was able to help with application to project and advise help through Surrey local assistance scheme.

Client came to today, had bought a second hand car listed on Autotrader. Paid extra for warranty and repairs. Car still failed MOT. Client complained to Garage. Found out garage had not sold car to Client and identity theft has occurred. Action Fraud alerted.
