Hi, i am sorry to hear that you are unable to make a booking online, we have not had any issue with our online booking system as i have just tried it myself. If you are unable to complete your booking please call us on 0333 999 7333 and we will be able to complete it for you.

Hello Derek, I have just spoken with my colleagues at Portsmouth Harbour and at the moment, there is no need for a priority queue as it is strangely very quiet. That said, if it is very busy when you arrive, speak to the port staff who will help as best as they can.
