Some quality events on this weekend, good luck to our athletes and everyone racing and training at the Brecon Titan Triathlon, the Windsor Triathlon, the Alpe d’Bwlch Triple Challenge and the British Sprint Triathlon Champs in Nottingham.

It was 5.03am and headed out for another day of cycling. Day 1 - 24 miles of swimming. Day 2 - 208 miles of cycling. Day 3 - aiming for 234 miles. Keep on trucking Jim! 👌🏻
