Tonight’s inspiration is from Writers’ Tears Double Oak from . A beautifully balanced “Champagne Blend” of Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish Whiskeys aged in both American Bourbon and French DEAU Cognac Oak Casks. Wonderful, warm nose.
