Hi Gabe! I tweeted the White House email because I wanted to make sure Kavanaugh’s side was shared. Wasn’t trying to be controversial or suggest anything with my verb choice. It felt appropriate, as WH email was intended to highlight certain passages that bolster their case.

It sounds like there is an agreement on the date and time of a hearing, just not the details. That’s according to Ford’s lawyers, of course - still waiting for word from the committee.

According to a statement from Ford’s lawyers, “a number of important procedures and logistical issues remain unresolved,” including whether she will be questioned by senators or outside counsel.
