It’s official, after a year out of service and being let down by a supplier, our newly wheeled Norfolk Hero is back IN SERVICE! Thanks to the whole team for this outstanding effort. Harvester being tail-end Charlie to a double-header of Norfolk Hero & Norfolk Heroine.

SERVICE UPDATE - Friday 25 September Due to predicted wind gusts above our safe operating limit we will NOT be running trains on Friday 25 September. We intend on commencing services once again on Sat 26. Apologies for any inconvenience but safety is our first priority.

We feel the time has come to introduce a charge. Initially, please pay at the signal box but we will have payment in the car park shortly. £5 per car and stay as long as you like. If you travel on the railway, £2.50 will be refunded to you or knocked off the ticket price.

CAR PARKING CHARGE From Weds 5th August we will be introducing a car parking charge in our car park.Wells is extremely busy and parking is at a premium. We are finding many cars park in our visitor car park and then walk into town without travelling with us.  We welcome EVERYONE.
