Yep absolutely. EKG routine post op care. Chest pain assessment is vital post op. Except in my patients, who never have pain...

That is concerning. Both tests in my opinion, are bedside tests that should be done routinely to assess progress/screen for complications/guide management. Not doing so means your dressings are too big or poor management.

Nobody is attacking your profession. People are demanding answers from trialists (in which surgeons and IC are involved). I guess has nothing to respond to, but the other way around, investigators have still not disclosed what they were asked to.

Would have liked to see the end result. I believe this patient is a clear CABG candidate. The ACX has several severe lesions as well. Were they treated?

. Primary composite endpoint using UDMI reveals 40% higher risk in the PCI arm. . In other words if we use UD we are really damaging patients. Is this not enough to remove the support from guidelines as did ? .

6/7 Patients in the PCI arm died more at 3 and 5 years. should not have agreed to a paper in which its conclusions in both cases are equivalence between PCI and CABG.

5/7 This is one of my best. run the primary composite outcome using data they have for UDMI. Guess what? HR of 1.44 in favour of CABG ! For the primary outcome !

4/7 EHJ 2019 paper which repeatedly uses to justify the association of SCAI def with mortality has methodological flaws. And association is not causation.

2/7 is culpable for accepting a paper without reporting a pre-specified 2y endpoint. The paper should be retracted temporarily. .
