NL Power crews are in Mount Pearl making repairs to power lines. Expect slowdowns on Commonwealth Avenue. Churchill Avenue, Bannister Street, Park Avenue and Centennial Street have been without power since around 6:00 a.m. Power is expected to be restored by noon.
