Dude, it’s a real thing. I can’t offer anything other than to recommend meditation. It’s the only thing that grounds me and helps me deal with anxiety when it slams me. It doesn’t happen often (thankfully) but it’s a good tool in my toolbox. Wishing you well! ✊

Sounds good! I’m waiting for articles of incorporation to come back. Once they’re in we will sign up!

North Dakota Corp owned by a foreign entity (Canadian Corp). Is my business eligible? Loving this idea!

Process and procedure have allowed my business to 2.25x revenues in a year with consistent margins, and my sanity and finances intact. I’m not a process guy but I respect the freedom it allows me. I’d be a shitshow firefighter without it (we build custom homes). 🔥

I subscribe to the same theory. My boy is 17 and unsure about what he wants to do after school. Zero % of me is pushing him to join me in the business. He will find his passion without my influence. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Interesting. My Dad is type 1 diabetic. If he drinks coffee (black or otherwise) his blood sugar jumps almost immediately. He measures with a CGM. It does something for sure, but I’m not a doctor and I don’t play one on twitter. 😅

I was under the understanding that working out in a fasted state was actually beneficial and helped to prevent muscle mass loss...
