Sometimes, a compliment is not a compliment. Same with encouragement. Before making comments on posts about people with bodies and/or abilities different than your own, check in with yourself about whether or not your sentiment is rooted in ableism ❤️

Yesterday’s Minneapolis hike was the perfect kick off to Pride Month and National Trails Day! We had 57 hikers! HOW?! Some drove more than six hours to come, many of which had been on other hikes with us. There’s clearly a huge need in the midwest... more:
