Ten to change your mind about is the latest piece at sevenfiftydaily. Pheasant Hill makes the list with some incredible words from Susanne Lerescu-Wagner…

We all want to eliminate the stereotype of only average wine being made in New Jersey. The rapid expansion of high quality vineyards and wine making techniques will lead the way. Our tasting rooms are busier than ever and will organically lead the way.

We're predominantly silty loam at all of our sites with a lot of decomposing ferrous shale. The site that this Chardonnay comes from (our Pheasant Hill Vineyard in Hopewell, New Jersey) has these really interesting sandstone veins running the whole way through

I get that pineapple note too, definitely doesn't show up in any of our estate chards -- that's what's cool about this project. The clear reflection of the other vineyards!
