Five people were arrested Thursday following a brawl outside the 7-Eleven on South Main Street in Manchester. Among them is Breyanna Wilson, 21, of Goffstown, who allegedly swore at, pushed and then punched a police officer in the jaw.

A figure clad in black, face covered by a makeshift gas mask, and carrying a rucksack caused alarm Thursday morning at Exeter High School. The suspicious figure was later identified as a student from a nearby charter school.

One person was shot Thursday afternoon on Manchester's West Side. Police found shell casings at the Montgomery Street scene and a short time later a person with a gunshot wound was reported at a city hospital.
