It varies. Surely in certain markets drivers are on the road a lot longer in effort to make end-meets.

Lying & failing & claim drivers want to stay IC’s because of the flex schedule. The fake “flexibility” is meaningless when the vast majority of drivers still have to forcibly work at least 45-50 hours a week, if they want to earn a living.

Nothing in the law nor in the disallow companies from continuing to offer a flex schedule. Their main concern is the bargaining power drivers will have, along with the extra operating cost.

Yes! They offer “flexibility”, but with poor wages, knowing for certainty drivers will be forced to commit to putting more hours in, if they want to earn more, it’s called gamification. The algorithm becomes your boss. Yes to Bill, it’s up to to allow a flex schedule!

Hope you are having a happy Father’s Day, knowing that many fathers today can not spend time with their little kids due to exploitation. They have to work up to 70+ hours/week to put food on their tables, while you make $45M/Yr, on their backs. Keep making your son proud!

This is a test for our political system and for every public servant in , . It’s either they want to MAKE HISTORY or they don’t. The exploitation of the gray areas of laws is crystal CLEAR & has failed to treat the workforce fairly,

Lying & have both sent a petition to drivers. They DISHONESTLY told drivers their “flexibility” is at risk. There is nothing in the that prevents both companies from continuing to offer flexibility to drivers — DO NOT SIGN THE PETITION! is misleading YOU!

A capped 8-10% commission & a FULL control. As an IC, failing should NOT instruct me on how to do the job and/or take any disciplinary actions against me. Since their inception, they allowed “flexibility” & controlled every aspect of the job, just like any employer would.

They have lied and lured drivers in by promising a 20% commission on each fare. Now they take up to 80% of the fares, while forcing workers to cover the entire operating cost.

Failing ’s biz model nowadays is crystal clear: Charge the passenger as HIGH as possible and pay the worker as LOW as possible. It is time for the company to play by rules and admit they are a taxi service & NOT a “Tech Company”, like they’ve always claimed.

Dirty is the most unethical company to ever exist. They have always used “flexibility” as a bait & excuse to evade workers’ rights. They LITERALLY control EVERY aspect of the job with their algorithm & gamification. It is time to repair the system and restore law & order!
