Hi Richard, I can see that we have a planned outage in the area on the 23rd of October. We are turning the power off between 09:00-14:30. We are connecting some new cables to our networks during that time. - Liam

Hi Ray, I've DM'd you regarding this however I forgot to mention something. Although the power cut was caused by a fault on the network,, the power cut itself shouldn't have caused any problems with your alarm. Thanks, Bev
