Hi Connor, sorry if you've got no power. Engineers are on site excavating so they can repair a faulty piece on our underground equipment. Engineers are hoping between 01:30 and 02:30 to get everyone back on. - Roland

Hi Nick, I'm sorry for this. Our engineers had been working near one of our underground connection boxes when it faulted so they had to turn off further power for safety. They're estimating to have the power back on between 02:00 and 03:00.

Hi Sam, I'm so sorry about this. I have found a job. It appears we had a fault on our high voltage network that affected around 2600 properties. While we were able to get the majority of power back on by diverting it around the network>>
