🚨DB Hang Cleans...add these to your workouts after your warmup. These are great for developing more explosiveness... 👉Biggest takeaway: ✅ drive your feet through the ground ✅ you aren’t pulling with your arms ✅ if you aren’t moving the weight fast, move to a lighter weight.

For Athletes to hear! The 🔑 to training for any sport at an “elite” level is doing training at the tempo at what your game is. Ex. average play in 🏈 is 6 seconds. Average time off in between is 15 seconds. So doing you “cardio” 6 on 15 off would translate more to the field,

🔥Try these when lunges and lunge jumps get too easy. Adding plyometrics like these are a must to becoming faster and more athletic! 🙌 👉Couple things: ✅ Only do these if you can squat 2x your weight ✅ Keep the reps to about 5 per leg then alternate.

There are two main types of stretching! Dynamic stretching should be done before your workout to prepare your muscles to optimally work and prevent injury. Static stretching on the other hand is better used after you workout and cool down. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
