for computers are not worth the paper they are written on. Twice I have experienced that when it comes to honouring them, store managers like Reading try to find ways not to honer them or corner you to buy additional services.

I wish Reading store manager to treat customers fairly by honouring sold on laptops. She came across as a brick wall. No actual listening, no logical thinking, no regard for past sale, just plain rejection as if she owns the whole JL company.

I have gone through route of speaking to call center staff who have little authority and say they can't provide any evidance. Over the email they don't even admit they have made allegations. So I am reaching to top if they have an evidance or sorry letter signed by them?

The CS staff at wrongly rejected my genuine review about packaging and customer experience. Then started falsely me that I know the seller so they can justify error. Now I bought doorbell after some research. Does that mean I know personally?

Stay loyal with and you'll get punished with higher prices. For me multi-car insurance renewal quote is £150 higher than other big name providers despite insuring two cars separately with higher level cover. Time to ditch and switch.
