I just had a phone consultation with a GP I didn't know. She just said "You are so inspirational. You are so motivated despite all that you go through. You just made my day. I wish everyone was like you". Am bowled over. What a lovely doctor!

1) Teaching and learning activity on the Calgary and Cambridge Consultation Model (CCCM) using online peer-role-play in MS Teams. Impressive roleplay and feedback by observers. 2) We-fie using MS Teams "together mode". 3) Three wonderful aspiring doctors: Chuah, Azizi, Thieera.

Most people are hurting right now in some way. Do not be a cause of further injury to them. If you can’t heal, at least don’t harm.

“Ustaz, how do I heal my weak & broken heart 💔?” 1. Don’t rush to get better. Take your time, & give yourself permission to grieve. 2. Surround yourself with positive ppl who value you & are supportive. 3. Find therapy. (Medical/Spiritual) 4. Learn to love yourself again.

Anak-anak kecil ini seperti biasa. Masih lagi mematuhi SOP yang ditetapkan. Tak perlu dah nak jerit, nak teriak bagai. Diorang pun dah pandai. Good job kids
