I think (hope) they will - though the nature of work itself will likely be vastly different. Private and public sectors must work together to retrain and prepare workers for the new era.

I think jobs will shift from automotive & transportation to software and service. Autonomous cars are usually linked to new mobility concepts.

I also think new jobs will be created that we aren’t event thinking about today. And ‘jobs’ themselves will no longer have the look and feel of the more traditional defintion we tend to think of today.

depends - but shouldn't be something that is reliant on private sector as well. IMHO, there is a role for the govt/policy to play.

Great read Matteo, thanks for sharing. There are still big steps to take before large carriers can say ‘yes’ to this Q. The word ‘customer’ is more prevalent however actually having the customer in the room, a seat at the table & prioritized...not there yet.
