PBMs started by charging a fee to process prescriptions-they loved pharmacies-we were their clients. Somewhere along the way, they decided they wanted all of our business. With no regulation, the oligopoly was born out of greed and corruption-results are in. RX prices soared.

It’s a shame and Joe Grogan did not carry out the wishes of in regards to PBM reform. Pharmacy DIR fees are unnecessary and stifle small business growth. PBMs and insurance companies are making bank on the backs of taxpayers & seniors.
