I love cooking with bell pepper's Especially the red ones They seem to have a better nutritional punch compared to the others Besides that it adds colour to my meal's It always makes my dish vibrant bright&nice to look at

Growing up I ate a lot of bell pepper's We grew them& my mum still does in her garden They are so versatile & very easy to use I use the red one mostly in my cooking Try it in your next meal Stir fried or oven roasted Yum!
