4. Far too much time for patients spent in transport or trying to park, or waiting around just for a 10-15 min slot 5. Not enough use of mobile/digital communication - still over-reliant on letters 6. Not enough use of patient-directed outpatient follow up - by which i mean....

1. People with multiple LT conditionsbrought up to lots of single organ speciality clinics 2. Not enough "one stop" clinics where assessments& tests can largely be sorted there and then 3. Too many low value, routine interval follow ups organised with provider not patient in mind

As a former NHS Complaints Manager, I witnessed staff engagement with Care Opinion break down the barriers that had previously hindered open and meaningful conversation between staff and patient (through the whole patient journey). FFT could never bridge those gaps.
