Great case. However I would be hesitant to ascribe to the writers notion that you can easily interpret degree of STD compared to QRS voltage. We know that criteria such as Armstrong are grossly flawed. POCUS could have helped answer the question here.

BREAKING: Coronavirus Outbreak. US still in test limbo, limited to severe cases, especially in NY, NJ, positive test rate is increasing. New cases increased yesterday to 25,742 deaths 912. Today more than 1,000 deaths. One bright spot on testing may be OH.
