Pro tip: If you don't allow people to amass obscene amounts of wealth to begin with you won't have to fight them later on to wrest back control of our economy and government. THAT would be "big structural change."

Imagine if people cared as much about the poor as they care about the billionaires.

So what should we tax them? Amazon pays nothing, should everyone else also pay nothing? When you have no tax revenue you don't have a country.

Haha that is not at all what I'm trying to do. They ones that are bought are just as bad as the billionaires themselves. But when someone like Bernie comes along and tries to put an end to all that, people get upset.

I mean if you don't see a problem with that, then I don't know if there is much of a conversation to be had about the topic. If it is "fuck everyone else because 1% of people managed to get 40% of the wealth" then I don't know what to do with that.

These are the same policies that Bernie is advocating for, I don't understand why it is okay when those countries have sensible policies, but as soon as America tries it we are attacking the "poor" billionaires.

Ok that is fair, but you seem to have complete trust in the people that are bribing the government. This is what I don't understand. I have met so many people have that trust trust the government, but don't give a single shit about the people who are actually buying them off

Thomas is from Denmark, a place where they pay you to go to school. Do you know the kind of outrage that would happen if that was even hinted at in America.

The government obviously. It is the only system you have a say in, right? The limit is a more complicated topic and I don't think Twitter is exactly the best place to have the conversation.

Maybe not everything should be run solely based on how much money you have. Here is an decent video that kind of puts things in perspective

I'm sorry but I don't think he deserves 100+ billion. Doctors who save lives everyday don't even make a fraction of what he makes. He makes $2,489 per second. Do you really think that selling products only means you deserve that kind of wealth.
