He was "recruiting" for his new studio in Miami. Which turns out is not even his studio. They fired him the day the article came out.

So sorry you and others had to endure this abuse. I am very happy to see that since coming forward you are now feeling more comfortable to get back into creating art again. I hope these other people get to heal as a result of coming forward as well.

PLEASE keep talking to me, women! Your names and stories are safe with us. I want you to have a host of women to turn to, and I want to keep filling in the details of those decades of abuse of power.

Some yes, some no. We're going to add all the details we have to the list and code it further to show contact or just online grooming.

It's not up and running yet. And again it's not his studio, so they have no part in this. They did the right thing immediately. They are moving on to make their own artwork without him!

Unbelievable. As I said, had he tried this on me my parents would’ve known something was wrong the moment he asked for a phone number. I guess a lot of parents (yours and others) don’t always know what to watch out for.

Do you know the name of the studio?

BTW if your kids ever want to write to a celebrity I hope you’ll let them— as you know I had a good casual correspondence with one who had appropriate boundaries. Obviously you would just have to keep an eye on it but as long as you do there don’t be a problem.

When I met him about 15 years ago I jokingly asked, “Did you get the letter I sent you when I was 13?” ::shudder::

Have you watched the Adult Party Cartoon Ren & Stimpy DVD? There are intros to the episodes and John K refers to one of his married (with kids) female staff members as a MILF!!! Totally inappropriate.
