Agree. While we are converting lung cancer into a chronic disease, the work load in clinic increase proportionally. We will need more oncologist in long term

EGFR IHC is relatively sensitive but not specific. ALK expression is specific and sensitive. At ALEX study about 10% are IHC positive but FISH negative.(Mok et al WCLC 2017) NGS data will be released in future
