Our 2 green hop brews are both fermenting nicely. Very pleased with the Fuggles from Hukins, Tenterden and Pilgrim from Reeds, Capel. Both varieties have full, lush cones and bags of aroma. Maybe a vintage year - Premier Bru?

Great range of ales this weekend at the Man of Kent Freehouse in Rochester - including 4 of ours. At the request of the pub, all of our beers are supplied unfined; so suitable for Vegans

Yesterday we brewed our green hop Capel Pale and tomorrow we brew Countryman green hop. So both will be in great shape for the Canterbury Food and Drink Festival.

One of our biggest investments Sean - a major FO chiller. How's it going up there anyway?
