Lots of southerly in the wind made filming conditions really challenging today, I couldn't film the backlit waves without being drenched in sea spray! Salty skin & battered by gale force winds but that light and spray made it all worthwhile.

Barbara Hepworth was born in 1903. She is best known for her iconic, modernist sculptures that value ‘pure form’ over representation. Ancestor I is one such example. Join us on 23/01 to find out more about this great sculpture!

Miss lectures & seminars with the great Professor Len Tivey in the 1970s. And the paternoster experience. And who remembers Professor David Lodge’s wonderful Changing Places novel featuring them ?

Be interesting to hear from family or inpatients. In my experience of these large institutions it was the corridors that were dispiriting . They were long & painted in that sort of institutional off white or green. Or a combination of both. Lots of noise of locking doors.

A lovely 'Then & Now' comparison for London's George Inn on Borough High Street, which is London's last surviving galleried coaching inn. The first image was taken by Henry Dixon in 1881 for the Society for Photographing Relics of Old London; the second shows as it stands now.

Trying to work out why I like this so much. Can’t put in to words. But it is bloody good I reckon. And Mac a good body of work for 2019. Bravo

That is really special. Just thinking what it would look like printed really large on metal. Would sing out loud.

Such a tragic case. And not the last as multiple men are released who might have been executed. via
