Sanction of loan depends on many factors like Income, existing liability, credit history etc. However, you may register a complaint at under Advances category. We will look into the matter.

Currency notes entered into our ATMs are checked for quality and authenticity, hence the chances of them disbursing mutilated notes are negligible. If you have a mutilated note, you may exchange the same at any of our branches.
