I prefer my decisions to be evidence based rather than not knowing.

A former colleague of mine died of breast cancer two weeks ago. She survived 6 years because of treatment for the disease that a mammogram picked up. So yes it can find things that might not turn out to be cancer, but it can also find those that can.

Good morning all ☀️ - Trans women are male. Trans men are female. Biology is immutable. - Homosexual women don’t like penis. Homosexual men don’t like vagina. Sexuality is immutable. - Hope you’re well. Have a blessed day 🙂

Neither are relevant. Many of those LC affects those were not ill enough to be in hospital and don’t die from the disease. They are however severely incapacitated.

Well quite. I’m too tired to work through the ramifications tonight, (and the cat is trying to go to sleep on my pillow which is distracting), but I will reread it tomorrow.

Yes the squashing was most uncomfortable. I had to take a pain killer after. Costochondritis does not agree with squishing.

3yr appt for breast pressing today. I know it’s absolutely necessary and the mammogram team are lovely, but it’s still incredibly difficult as an autistic woman (or indeed any woman) to go up to a complete stranger and bare ones bap’s. And I am unbelievably tired.

or like most of the world not give the subject any thought at all because they are enthralled by the actual story. That is rather the point of imagination and books. We all bring ourselves to the reading. But you cannot stop people thinking.

It’s one line. Ah more Unevidenced probability. The additional context maybe as added by any reader as you appear to have done if they are obsessed by trans rights and queer theory,

So which male journalists with similar views did you tweet about on this topic?

I’ve read the bloody book. There is no mention of a trans character anywhere. A minor woman character thought she saw the cis killer wear a woman’s coat as a disguise. But she is clearly an unreliable witness and her views are not believable. Her views are not visible in that.

Your sexism is in chasing after women authors, but not men for publicly questioning moderate views (which you apparently now share).

But by all means continue to attack her with your nonsense and not the many mail journalists who have written multiple pieces in the papers over this week which will support her and echo her views. Because it rather of proves my point that the root of this issue is sexism.

She expressed concern that a number of Lesbian and Gay adults and medical staff are now suing health services in the UK because they, not Rowling, allege conversion therapy and an inappropriate treatment.
