I have listened to John Humphrys on the Today programme for the past 32 years with ever-increasing admiration and respect. One of the truly great broadcasters and a fine man.

Two days good filming at Longmeadow in simply glorious weather for our well-being special next Friday (27th). As a result my being feels very well. And I do believe it will be a truly special programme.

This is Gordon Brown’s tribute to Ivan Cameron. Only a decade ago but the decency and civility in politics seems like something from another lifetime

Nigel had surgery yesterday to remove some growths from his mouth. It all went well, he is fine - if a bit sore - will have a quiet weekend and be ready for filming next week. He will, of course, play the starring role in tonight’s GW.

If it were possible, yes but chances of it being commissioned pretty remote.

Had the great honour of opening the St Michael's hospice Hereford Flower Festival this evening. If you are near Hereford at all this weekend do go along and see it and support the amazing work they do. All details
