Uber will go to any lengths to deny its drivers workers’ rights. Two courts have already ruled that Uber drivers are not self-employed but Uber said it would take this decision all the way to the Supreme Court if it has to

Just like Pimlico Plumbers, Uber claims its drivers are only "independent contractors" and not workers. The Supreme Court didn't believe Pimlico Plumbers, so why does Uber think they'd believe them?
