Lol. Whenever people say "Ack" at work I always think they mean the sound effect. But then reread the context again and realize they mean Acknowledged. πŸ˜‚

Me? I need open office bc I start to feel cabin fever when there's no one around me for too long. The distractions make me less productive short term. But keep me sane and therefore not quit long term.

You know how people get all up in arms about open office vs. individual offices. How about. People have their preferences. And not everyone needs to agree. How bout that.

Yes DeepCopy copies stuff. But what do people use it for. Versus say doing something like : oldObject := Pod{} // value not address newObj := oldObject

Originally it was bc I was lazy. And didn't wanna go relearn how to generate a CRD client. πŸ˜… I'd suggest don't be lazy. But also... I feel like the best engineers are the lazy ones bc they automate the work they don't wanna do. So maybe just be selectively lazy?

πŸ™πŸΌ Lol. Maybe check if a CRD client exists before you try to hack shit together with unstructured.Unstructured. And by you. I mean me. 😬

If you're a bro. And you wanna ask me a fucking question. Stop forcing the same question down my throat and maybe answer me when I'm asking for more context then give me a second to process the context.

When people who normally don't punctuate their sentences respond to me with single word sentences punctuated with a period. I wanna bite their head off.

I dunno. I just have never even thought about having things in common with my parents. We don't at all. But I do still feel close? (Obviously I'm lucky to even have a relatively healthy relationship with my parents.)

Like specifically in family dynamics... I feel like other cultures value the sense of co-dependence families have. Another weird thing is when adult children (offspring?) need to "have things in common" in order to feel close to their parents.

I feel like American culture takes the idea of individual independence too far.

Exactly. If I'm eating ice cream, I know that I not there to care about my sugar intake. Like I don't understand low fat ice cream. I'm not eating ice cream bc I'm trying to cut my fat intake.
