Why do I keep reading about the ‘weirdo thinktank’ Legatum? Anyone investigated them yet?

The Brexiteers plan was heavily dependent on a domino effect across other EU nations. Stripping off and jumping first into the uncharted pond was a silly risk. The water is cold and uninviting. I don't see too many envious onlookers on the bank.

A columnist in the Daily Brexitograph. I can seriously see them making it an offence to criticise Brexit on Twitter.

Party politics seems oddly irrelevant in the context of Brextremism. Like rival football hooligans beating each other up during the Blitz.

We’re officially in an asylum now. When a Brextremist lies, it’s the truth. When an expert relays a fact, it’s a lie

What I don’t understand about live news is that when it’s obvious a ‘big story’ isn’t a big story they don’t just move onto the weather.

If only that was clear! The interim is only for max 2 yrs. What’s the ‘new’ single market & customs union which ‘retains the benefits’ of the existing ones - while leaving them?! Clear as mud.

If I were Corbyn, I’d distance myself as much as possible from Brexit. The suction when it goes down will pull a lot of people down with it.
