Hi there, No service between Paddington and Heathrow Airport. + Heathrow Express - suspended + Great Western Railway - most trains to/from Paddington are cancelled due to damaged overhead power lines at Hanwell. Thanks, Kevin

Hi Tom, we had an intermittent fault affecting all of our stations for several days last week. Where have you seen a faulty display? If you can let me know I can pass this on and have it looked into. Thanks, Jo.

Hello Tina, thanks for contacting here. I would advise you to ask at one of our Visitor Centres I'm not sure if any additional costs can be refunded but you can ask by calling 0343 222 1234, the line is open 8am to 8pm seven days a week. Best wishes, Paul

Hello James, we don't have control over the boards, they're dealt with by staff at the stations. Please feel free to approach a member of staff at a station where you see something on the boards, they may be able to arrange something with you. Good luck and best wishes, Paul.

Sorry, no change at the moment, still no service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction due to power supply problems at Peckham Rye. Kind regards, Paul.

Hi Kingsley you will need to cancel the card via an Oyster online account. The refund will be processed to a UK bank account within 3-5 working days. You will then need to buy the correct Travel card, on a new Oyster card. Thanks, Kevin.

I thought as much Kingsley. Victoria to Oxford Circus are all in zone 1 and therefore that is the reason for the charge. You will need zone 1. Thanks, Kevin.
