2/2 roles without a face covering. This could include staff carrying out maintenance or driving a train or bus. On buses we have installed a protective film and sealed gaps around the driver's cab screen to protect our staff and customers. Thanks, Jo.

1/2 Hi there. All transport workers are not required to wear a face covering by law. You can also see this here: . However, we are encouraging all of our staff to wear a covering unless they’re exempt. You may notice our staff working in non-customer facing

Hi Julius. An automatic refund is normally set up by our system in a situation like this this, it can take two or three days to receive it and is normally sent to the gates of the affected station to load onto your card as you touch in and travel. Thanks, Paul.
