Hi there, when taking out the delivery saver free trial we do a £2 check to see if the card you used is active. The money is not taken from your account it is just reserved and is released back into your account within 3-5 days. TY - Katie

Hi Ben, I'm sorry that one of our stores didn't have any fresh pastries this morning, I sometimes like a croissant on my early starts and can imagine your disappointment. I'd like to look into this further, can I check if this was this our large Extra store on Bryant Ave? 1/2
