The have advised they are working with the police, new locks will be installed on toilet doors, we have a Mosquito alarm which only kids can hear which is to deter the kids. There is also now a dispersal order in place after 6pm for large groups of kids. TY Terry 2/2

Hello there, I'm sorry the fountain pen you purchased is faulty. You'd need to return to any super or extra store, ideally the store of purchase, if you wish to exchange the pen for a new one. Alternatively, I can help further from here if you wish. 1/3
