Broadly speaking yes - it would depend on the activity taking place, paying in mind restrictions around gatherings and no mixing outside of households/bubbles. But permitted youth and fitness activities, if compliant, can continue ^WL

Hello, we're not political on this feed (we leave that to the politicians), but though district councils were informed/engaged about this decision it is ultimately taken by Government and informed by public health (from county council). ^WL
