For the $250 new Credit Card promotion, you must spend at least $5,000 in net purchases within 92 days of card activation. Net purchases only include transactions which earn Money-Back Rewards (excludes Balance Transfers, Cash Advances)  ^RM

We’re so sorry for the experience and any misunderstanding. Children under the age of 16 are only eligible for our Savings Account which does not come with a Client Card. At 16, they can open our Chequing Account and receive a Client Card. ^CG
