We have been into houses that have clearly previously been used by drug users, and a cameraman once nearly stood on a needle, which is why I say it’s vital to wear strong shoes when visiting properties!

I think it’s good that everything is pretty much on an enforced hold right now as it will give the market a chance to breathe rather than panic, and I’m hopeful that we get back to the positivity we saw just before corona hit!

If you’re talking about Homes Under The Hammer, then I don’t go to the auctions for obvious reasons! But for auction properties in general, absolutely!

Older properties generally had loads of natural ventilation so check for existing air vents that may have been blocked up first, and then yes, investigate options like the one you’re suggesting!
