For accessibility purposes, buses can pull into sharrows and bike lanes to allow customers to depart. To report vehicle operation, please call 416-393-3030 or submit on our website: ^RAπŸš€

As I mentioned, we are working toward full accessibility. An elevator at Lansdowne is scheduled for completion in 2021. Until then, if a customer requires and elevator, I would recommend Dufferin Station to board Line 2. ^RAπŸš€

Jesse, while I can appreciate your frustration, I am a human being and will disengage if you continue to use such language. Our collectors can opt not to assist in the manner requested due to the fact they may assume liabilities when doing so. ^RAπŸš€

Hi Jesse, we are working towards barrier free access to the entire network: While inconvenient, use of a stroller on stairs is not recommended. I'd advise the individual to call for suggestions on alternative routing. ^RAπŸš€

That is indeed the plan! There has been a bug or two identified, and our team is currently working to resolve it! One step ahead... this time. ^RAπŸš€

Hi Jon, sorry for the experience. Operators are not instructed to wait for customers who are not at a designated stop location when they are required to depart, out of courtesy to those on board and waiting down route. ^RAπŸš€

Hi Jen, this shouldn't be a problem to rectify at all! Just give PRESTO a call, 1-877-378-6123. Tap only for boarding and transferring on TTC vehicles. ^RAπŸš€

Hi Simon, we do encourage our operators to be as courteous as possible, however some choose not to engage directly with every customer out of timing and safety concerns. Is there something I can help you with? ^RAπŸš€

Hi Hiba, you have tagged customer service, is there something I can do to assist? Route, stop, direction? Buses go out of service after 7pm after the conclusion of peak service. ^RAπŸš€

The issues with train congestion approaching the end of the line are a very common occurrence during peak hours, so it may be that Transit Control do not want to tell people info that they already know. I will pass on your feedback though. ^KM

Hi Jesse, sorry if you've had a longer trip than normal. There are no restricted speed zones in place right now according to my info. Getting closer to the end of the line there are hold ups as trains need to turn around to come back south. ^KM
