It's possible that the operator didn't see you. If you are at the stop prior to the bus having serviced it, yes, the operator should stop to allow you to board unless the bus is full or the operator has been instructed otherwise. Apologies for the inconvenience. ^FR🧭

Apologies for the inconveniences. If vehicles were short turned, it would have been to a means to provide relief for the rest of the route. We are 2 buss short on the route today, so, spacing would have been an issue between vehicles. ^FR🧭

Hi Marianna. Please note that predictive services are are sometimes unable to account for sudden changes to a route, such as shorts turns, heavy traffic, emergency diversions or a vehicles going out of service. Apologies for the inconvenience. ^FR🧭

Apologies for the inconvenience Laura. If you were at the stop pole prior to the vehicle's arrival and there was space for more passengers, the operator should have allowed you to board. ^TM✨
