I understand. Our Telephone Banking team can certainly cancel the card for you, however they cannot reorder this without speaking to your son. Could you please DM further information around why your son is unable to call? Many thanks. Sophie

Good evening. If the card has already been marked as lost you'll need to speak with our Telephone Banking team to order a replacement. You can call them on 03459 758 758 and they're available daily from 7am-11pm. 1/2 Sophie
