Only argument against SAVR is to save that for his aneurysm, but would not push TAVR on a low risk patient who's anatomy is not conducive.

Rapid atrial pacing can be easily performed at the conclusion of TAVR to risk stratify patients requiring new permanent pacemaker implantation.

My concern is that many cardiology procedures are not truly elective. Are we risking clogging the ED a few weeks from now with all of the chest pain caths we deferred?

I don't think this can be answered with a RCT. Very individualized, depends on vessel size/territory, EF, complexity of subsequent procedure, renal function, etc. No one size fits all.

Just finished a tough coronary brachytherapy case with ; we'd previously found that the 3.5F Beta-Cath is not 6F Guideliner compatible (7F was fine). Bench tested a 6F Guidezilla II post-case (wire = Sion Blue); it works!
